Welcome to VELORA ELEGANCE. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

VELORA ELEGANCE offers products for sale through our online store. All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue products, prices, services, and store policies at any time. Changes may be made without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

2. Orders & Customer Information

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your:

Full name
Phone number
Delivery address
City/area
Any other information required to process your order

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) order.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where information is incomplete or inaccurate, the product is unavailable, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may change at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to availability and any obvious pricing errors.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery by the applicable delivery/courier service.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan through third-party courier and fulfillment services.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days, but actual delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other information on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences in product color, appearance, packaging, dimensions, or presentation may occur depending on the actual product and your device/display.

7. Third-Party Services & Delivery Partners

We may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment providers, and courier/delivery companies to process and deliver orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or incorrect/incomplete customer information.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related issues.

Customers are responsible for using products according to any instructions, warnings, or reasonable usage guidelines provided with the product.

VELORA ELEGANCE is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow applicable product instructions.

9. Fraudulent or Abusive Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict orders that appear to involve fraudulent activity, repeated false orders, abuse of promotional offers, or other activity that may harm our business or customers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the VELORA ELEGANCE website, including our logo, brand name, text, graphics, images, and other original materials, belongs to or is used by VELORA ELEGANCE with appropriate permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without authorization.
